Nice enough hotel, convenient location near large mall (across the street), close to train station, staff are very polite and friendly , restaurant on floor 1 is so-so, breakfast buffet is very good (even have jamu!), pool is quite small and a bit tired. More

I stayed for 1 night at 10th of May for 2 rooms. we had a room at 5th floor. for the room is good, the bathroom is clean and tidy. for the staff are very trained. and the price is good. I will stay here again when I come to semarang.... thank you Novotel More

Although not proactive in the first place, they did what should be done. The pick up and drop off service on the airport and bus station was excellent.
