It took us more than 45 mins to check in because they could not find our reservations in the system (which was apparently down) and secondly could not provide simple wi-fi access ( two temp login and passwords wld not work)  for us to pull the reservation email from our email account.  And to 'compenstate', we were offered a 'newer'...
