I am sorry but reception staff was the only positive what we found in Panorama. They were very helpful and friendly informing us about the great area around Tiberias. Unfortunately Hotel Panorama was not as great. In fact it is a neglected hostel which is not kept in good technical conditions and should improve the style of housekeepenig and cleaning.... More

Surely the staff of the Panorama Hotel are amongst the most wonderful people I've met when in Israel. The hotel itself was noisy, dirty and in need of a real make over. Lots of young people and families stay here, lots of people come in late and the hotel kinda is in a noisy area.
