My 2nd trip to Leo-Tib Plaza. I love this hotel. I am a tour leader and take 40 people with me, they all rave about the food, service, rooms, location. I can't say enough about the service, especially Moriah at the front desk, so kind, so helpful....We'll be back.

This hotel is showing its age. Only 2 of the 3 elevators working and it's not uncommon to have to wait up to 10 minutes to for an elevator. Breakfast and dinner meals was our least favorite of all our Israel hotels. Air conditioner was stuck stuck at 16c. Lots of noise late into the evening from promenade street below.... More

The hotel has stunning views and sits directly on the Kinneret promenade. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating. Wonderful experience -- I give it four rather than five only because the property is showing its age.
