The hotel is located in the very downtown. Perfect staff, great breakfast, very good restaurants, free internet. They really care about details. Not so good business center with strange schedule (till 1800) - maybe because of refurbishing. More

You will find it hard to find fault with the Lotte Busan which epitomises the high levels of service that permeate Korean society. I stayed on Club floor which was very comfortable indeed. More

Upper floors rooms look to be recently renovated with modern touches with very comfortable beds, well designed bathrooms, and modern looking furniture.
