I stayed here for 2 nights, the space of the room is good for 2 people. The staff was friendly and kind. At the time I stayed here, they had groups of Chinese people so it was very noisy. Should choose the room on the top floor.

They had change to name to “ First Pacific Hotel “ Stay here for 2 nights. The room is large and nice view ( all room have a pool view with is fantastic ). Bed is soft and comfortable. Located near by a lot of tourist area for you to enjoy from street local food to restaurant nearby. Staff is not speak English well and not attentive a lot. Breakfast is so so with limited choice. Swimming pool is great place for you to relax but they put many flour inside so even you take a shower many times smell still stand. Sunbed need to change , old and dirty. And also the tower.

If you like to register in a massive foyer/lobby, sleep in a large bedroom and enjoy a dip in a big pool then this is the Hotel to stay. Unfortunately that is about as good as it gets as the Hotel is in urgent need of a bit of TLC (tender loving care) as the décor and furniture is starting to show its age and needs a re-fix. I stayed with a party of over 60 Hash House Harriers enjoying a 5 day running holiday in Pattaya and I admit that the Hotel adequately met our needs regarding space for an evening function in the large Banqueting Room as well as catering for two functions including a buffet lunch around the Pool. However as a place to stay it fell short on expectations. I had booked a room with a balcony, which I got but I was not told that the balcony was not big enough "to swing a cat" never mind trying to place a table and chair to sit and capture the afternoon sun. Room facilities were minimal, resulting in a quick trip to the nearby convenience store to stock-up with essentials. Breakfast consisted of a variety of Thai dishes but that was about all, which certainly did not go down well with the Caucasian tongue. Again a quick trip to a nearby café filled the stomach. Fortunately we received a substantial discount on our room rate for a party booking otherwise the Hotel would have been very overpriced for the service, facilities and meals provided. Worth looking around for a better deal.

I'm surprised that the reviews are not more positive for this hotel. Maybe the place has been refurbished a bit since the new management took over. Rooms are bright and spacious - 10/10. WIFI just so-so. I can't comment on the food because we were there for a special function. The pool is refreshing. The location mightn't suit some that want to be near the clubs. You need to walk 5 minutes to a main street to get transport into the main action area. There is a small shopping mall on the corner of the main street where you can change money.

I stayed for one night and had a clean and spacious room. But the lights in the room were not enough bright, as well as the light in the bathroom. Beds were clean and there were extra pillows in the cupboard. Soap and shampoo were in dispenser next to the shower. Hot shower worked well. Breakfast menu was okay, but the restaurant was a bit small. It became so packed when all the guests had breakfast at the same time. Complimentary bottled water were served in the room.

I stay for one night at this hotel, when I first come the lobby is very hot. There is no AC there. The lift is very small and almost broke because it can't close the door perfectly, in the morning when there is a lot of tourist check out, the lift taking very long time for us to go to the lobby. The room is quite good but I don't like the ambience.
