I stayed here for three nights whilst my parents stayed in one of the nearby large hotel chains - this was far better, in my opinion! Firstly, the location of the Beach Terrace was much superior; the hotel looks out over the beach with fantastic views of the coastline and out to the Gulf of Thailand. The location is superb!... A great place away from the hustle and bussel of the busy tourist areas in Cha Am. Maybe too quiet if you're 25 but very relaxing if your 40+. The staff is friendly, the food is good, the place is clean and Tom is always ready to answer questions or help you with anything you need. A 2 minute walk to... More

My reservation via booking.com was not honored here and they refused accomodation upon my e-mail to confirm my room one day before arrival date and they already released the room to others. I, then, decided to cancel my whole trip. They claimed that I made reservation for several dates and always changed or canceled reservation late. The hotel judges you... More

Dear Seth. I am sorry that i didn't informe you before i opened the room. (but i didn't expect you to arrive). But i think a lot of peble will understand me. You have made more than 10 bookings here in the past more than 15 months, (for one or two nights.) even still have outstanding bookings. Some of the... More

Firstly I would like to say that Tom the owner was very helpful with all booking and organising transport for me from the airport I stayed here as was near my parents who were at the Regent Hotel The property overlooks the sea although at the time of writing the beach is not accessible at high tide My room had... everyone at this place was very friendly, especially tom. he helped us rent a motorbike, took care of it when we left. provided us with some helpful ideas abt travel. the room could have been a bit cleaner, that's my only criticism. it's a good location (if you have a motorbike). also many restaurants near by.

We stayed at the Beach Terrace for an all-too-brief 3-night stay in mid-March. After three weeks of having toured Cambodia and Vietnam with a large tour group and living out of suitcases, we needed to unwind and be away from noise and crowds. Situated between the towns of Cha-Am town and Hua Hin, and nestled among high-rise resorts, the two-story... More

Beach Terrace is just the way I like a hotel, small but with big rooms, family feeling, and peaceful. We had originally booked for eight days, but extended because we were so happy there. The food was always excellent, and all of the ingredients are bought fresh every day. We never felt a need to eat outside. There is plenty... More

We arrived in marts 2012, after having spent a couple of month on Boracay, Philippines. This is a very nice small place, everything is clean and the rooms are big and nice. The hotel has a nice roof terrace with a nice view to the sea-side and a couple of sun-chairs. Thw owner is nice and does everything for you,... More

I decided to book 2 nights at Beach terrace based on the reviews I read and also because it was rank number 1. First of all, the hotel is outside of cha-am, there's not much to do around the resort. Just a few bars where older people are drinking all night. No night market or anything. It's 8 km by... More

I am sorry that the tide has been so high in this time. But that is nature, there have been problems with that, and that water not look so nice, is because of sand. 2 days ago we had guests swimming, and they allso do from the other hotels. I belive myself, that the charge of the rooms is fair.... More
