Not a bad hotel for the price. They have a fridge in the rooms and the tv is good. Breakfast Is good for the money but make sure you ask to see the rooms first as some of the views are not great and some of the rooms smell of cigarette smoke from the previous occupants. We came to this hotel via Malaysia. The hotel was quite busy with tourist. The room was very large but the bath room needed better cleaning. The price was very cheap but everything was cheap in haadyai. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at the sakura hotel. Nice location and nice enough rooms. Staff english was a bit lacking. They also took our room service order and then when I called 45 mins later they had lost it, that was a let down and why I only gave 3 stars.

no kettle and hair dryer inside the room,have to dial house keeping to send,but i call three times,waiting around 30min...the crew in the phone sounds like unhappy,unwilling to send come...receptionist no smile...

had been living thr for a few time, EVERYTHING was nice and in order! the room service was helpful and thr wad a lot of smile on thier face.... the hotel breakfast waS ALSO nice espically the coffee~~~ a great hotel not to be missed, and i will always live there whenver i visit hatyai!!!!!

Although the Hotel room was clean and well presented, but as shown on their web page, there is no kettle for tea & coffee or a hair dryer. I found the front desk staff, frosty and lack a welcome smile. On a positive, the breakfast is fantastic and i found the rest of the Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.... More
