Nice, clean big room w/ balcony. Guesthouse is very near the beach. There's a place called Veranda on the beach where you can get good food and sunchairs. Wasn't too busy either. Staff is friendy and location was perfect for us as we didn't want to stay near the crazy center.

The new building is in a narrow sidestreet of the big road, so the location is a little bit off. Sunshine Hotel looks much better from the inside than from the street. It has surprisingly clean rooms, and the staff is superextra kind to us. They run a massage parlour near the reception, and internet (pay) is also available. A nice place to stay if you're in Hua Hin!
