Baan Montra is not your usual Thai hotel, salas and pagodas have been replaced with Moroccan skylights and "stuccatoed" villas and lodges. I spent 4 nights at Baan Montra. Each night and day was as pleasant as I expected. The staff are wonderful. The manager is absolutely charming. The amenities are all one could ask for. The food was great. I will certainly come back.
