The hotel is situated by the sea, near the Summer Residence of the King of Thailand. I have got the room with the pool view, rather big and clean and everything was there, even beach towels and slippers as well as an umbrella. The breakfast was nice with wide range of Thai food and fruits. Lovely place to stay with... More

Thank you for such a nice review and high score on the Hotel. I can say that the Hotel is friendly for disabled; wheelchairs can be accessible to most of the Hotel areas by ramps. However, we don’t have any rooms designed for disabled but if we know in advance upon booking, we will offer room that is suitable for... More

Upon arrival to the IMPERIAL Hua Hin Resort to collect my already AGODA prepaid room, the Imperial staff immediately asked for $1000 baht to "UPGRADE" - when I refused, we had to wait a few hours while they found us a clean room. These past few years, AGODA has gone downhill and lost respect for their "ratings" So? Okay, you... More

Thank you for reviewing the Hotel even though it is so sarcastic. I checked with Guest Service Agent who checked in the guest. She said upon checking in the guest requests good room with good view but the room booked is the lowest category which does not have good view. The guest still demands “Good View” so she offers a... Stayed here for 2 nights March 2013. Rooms pretty good but our shower was uncontrolable (room412). Cold one minute then scalding hot. Staff pleasant and helpful but drinks very expensive. Food nicely presented but served on cold plates therefore food was cold. We had to return ours to be reheated. Even the crepe suzette was served cold. Much better food... More

Thank you for the review about the Hotel. Regarding the temperature of the shower water, I have asked Chief Engineer to check the water heating system of the building which we have to solve the problem at once. Moreover, I have brought the problem about the food served cold to the Executive Chef to also improve immediately. I admit that... More

Our room was clean and modern with a fantastic view of the pool and beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint about this hotel is the location. We stayed at the Imperial Hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of a Thailand Tour. We had a good room with a sea view. The A/C would not adjust when we arrived but within an hour it was sorted. This hotel is a little on the tired side, the rooms are nice, but small, definitely not what I would consider a four star experience.
