“Very close to Beach”

100m from the north end of Patong Beach. New guesthouse with big rooms, balcony, free Wifi and Aircon. Down the end of an alley so no traffic noise, but close to Mosque. My advice is to get a street facing or front room. Motorbike rental cheap nearby at http://motorbikerentalphuket.com

Baan Jantra guest house is a new moderate guest house with everything you really need. The rooms are simple and clean. All the rooms have AC so you do not have to struggle because of the warm weather. Also WIFI, hot water & nice location = good value.
