Visited Bann Pantai last week. The rooms were small but was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Jacuzzi villa altough too small to be called one. Ban Pantai is a clean, well run facility on the beach road in Cha-am. At 100USD/night whilst a nice facility, that is overpriced for what it is and the rather scrappy nature of Cha-am as a destination. Pool is impressive, as is the buffet breakfast.
