It is not easy to find after dusk where this hotel is located. Though the location could be considered prime in Udonthani, there hardly is a road sign of the hotel near it. Stayed here for two nights. As others have commented the hotel is very central next to the bus station, and with a number of expat hangouts (which are always great to get info on the city: Fuzzy Ken's is particularly recommended) in close proximity (5 min. walk or so). There are convenience stores, bars, markets and various other shops nearby.... More

We stayed at the Silver Reef for 2 nights and couldn't have asked for anything else. VERY good location, right across from the bus station, and only a short walk to shopping centers, night markets, and the international hospital. The owners were really helpful and spoke English fluently. Would definitely stay there again. More
