The ac was not included and only in one room. the night staff didnt know ANY english and had a homless dog at the hotel. The wiev was horrible! Toilett paper was not included, no tv or radio and to boil whater took 1h!! More

The Kardelen is an OK hotel. The best way to describe the apart/hotel is 'basic' and clean. The reception and staff are very friendly and will leave you alone unless you want something.
