I travelled to Diamond Hill with my partner and two children, we had a brilliant time we found the rooms clean and spacious the staff very helpful, we were more than happy with our stay and would book to go back in a heartbeat.

Ignore the last review!!!!!! I had a very enjoyable family holiday here last October, could not fault the hotel. The staff were amazing very friendly and always there to help if need be. We look forward to our holiday there this June for 2 weeks. Can't wait! 5 star plus!

Couldn't fault the hotel itself, beautiful decor, great staff, good entertainment, but two things I could complain about are first the three lifts were not sufficient for the size of the hotel itself.
