Firstly I cannot believe the negative reviews this hotel gets, totally wrong! I had mixed feelings after reading the reviews, however topkapi is excellent. The hotel is very nice - clean and very attractive. If your British I wouldn't bother booking up here, 95% of the people here are very rude Russians, and you won't fit in.entertainment is rubbish!
