Came here in April 2012 with family and family friends and loved it. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help but spoke little English. We went in Feb 2012. What can i say, the staff got so excited at English guests they bent over backwards. The Germans for the most part accepted us and tried out their English prowess. We spend a week at the Diamond Beach hotel. The hotel itself has a very fine standard. The rooms are clean, well held and spaceous. The hotel staff is somewhat less service minded, and they basically only speak German. But everything works well anyway.
