Oh my gosh!!!!! Myself and my 6year old son had the holiday from hell here. We have travelled all over Europe and never had such an awful, ISOLATED experience. The manager of the Hotel told us it is a HOTEL FOR GERMANS really and as such they do not cater for the British. NONE OF THE STAFF SPEAK ENGLISH. THE... More

I wasn't a resident at this hotel , but I wanted to say a big thank you to the manager who rescued me and showed great hospitality and assitance, without this I don't know what would have happened to me. There was a big error in my transfer details between the UK & Turkey, (although I had chased them up... More

We have travelled to the Turkish Riviera on a number of occasions, this hotel was by far the worst we have ever stayed in. There was 7 in total in our party, the youngest being 4 yrs and the oldest 69. We made two separate bookings both with the same company, Holiday Gems. One booking was made via the telephone... More

when we first arrived at the hotel, we thought that the seen and building its self we fantastic, were not the kind of family that go on holiday to eat ham egg and chips, but as the only english couple in the hotel at the time was ridiculous. only 1 receptionist spoke very little english and this was topped of... Like most turkish hotels, we have "all inclusive", but not so all. Food was good, but not so various. Rooms are a little small, and a little dusty, but fine, after all, at the seaside the sand is all-over. The GREAT word is for the pools! Clean and various, for children and adults, 7 or 8 pools in total, these... More

Travelled to Turkey for the first 2 weeks of September with my wife. Transfer was about 50 mins from Antalya. Having booked fairly late we were informed that our first choice was closing and we were being "upgraded" to the Emirhan. Subsequent research showed that the clientele is almost entirely Russian and German (neither nationality is renowned for being self... More

Been to Turkey many times before, once before to Side. First time at an all inclusive hotel, saw mixed reviews for it & wondered if we'd done the right thing? No need for worries, as it was FANTASTIC! modern hotel, rooms cleaned every day, staff couldn't do enough for you, they were so helpful ! Food was SUPERB, great variety... More

We arrived at the Emirhan after travelling for eight hours with two young children. The reception wasn't particularly friendly especially when they realised we were English. They photocopied all our passports including the children and required our address and personal details and more worryingly my husbands signature. We have never had that before on a holiday, usually just the adults... More
