Hotel is not 4 star quality, staff are rude except the lovely cleaning lady and one gentleman at reception. Never again... Must have had its best times ages ago... Furniture, walls and doors require urgent refurbishment. The attitude of the service staff really needs serious adjustment. Price vs. quality is out of range. Can't promote the hotel at all, not even for one night. Lots of chinese and japanese travel groups turned it into a noisy place.
