“Great Staff and Good Location”

The staff were gerat from beginnng to end. Really helpfull. My first room was at the front of the hotel and a little noisy (it was rush hour). This is a truly terrible hotel. It is located on a 8 lane highway, the windows are so poorly fitted that the noise is not filtered at all. The historical part of the city is not within walking distance. Although the hotel is only three years old it is in quite a bad state of repair, which adds to a... More

Black Cloud is a small , quite and a lovely hotel, i spent 2 nights there snd enjoyed the stay, the room and the bathroom were so clean , breakfast is good and it is 5 min walk from Kent Maydani mall. also i loved the staff they were so friendly ..i do recommend this hotel for those who search... More
