This place is really central (near the major bus stop, ferry to the other side of the canal, food, "sites" of çanakkale, shops). The staff are helpful & the hassle free tours (Troy and Gallipoli) are run from the came building. I didn't have the breakfast (which was 7 TL extra I think) but the roof terrace is quite nice...
