There is no possible way that this place can qualify as a 5 star. It does have a spa area, which looked questionable from a cleanliness point of view, and a big outdoor pool which was closed by the time we got there in the evening. The bathroom in our room was not clean. There were 3 of us, so... More

Very nice hotel. We were given 1 room which had 2 double beds and a single bed which was just nice for our family with 3 kids.Surprisingly, it was not crammed and the kids enjoyed the room and the hot spring as the weather outside was cool. The hot spring was nice given that you have an option of in-door... More

We stayed here with a group because of the location close to our tour spots. This hotel is very close to ancient Hieropolis of New Testament fame. Very nice lobby with free WiFi. Good breakfast and supper, but not outstanding. The latte from the automatic coffee machine is outstanding! Rooms were average, perhaps on the smaller side and rather dated,... More

This place needs a facelift and more. Everything should be replaced. Having said that, however, the staff is young and eager to please. I wouldn't stay here again, regardless of the price. More

This is one of the best hotels ever. We had Turkish baths, hot springs, a pool and the most amazing food. We loved it and would have stayed longer if not for our tour leaving! the rooms were a delight and the service top notch! More

I stayed here with my partner and a group of touring friends, it was ideally located next to the Pamukkale thermal pools which are a tourist hot spot. The hotel did have its own thermal pool and outdoor swimming pool - but the thermal pool was not up to standard when we were there unfortunately. There was a big buffet... More

This modern hotel is well appointed with good rooms, excellent en suites and a relaxing dining room and a free thermal pool which is both indoor and outdoor. (There were no indications about how long to stay in the pool and any possible risks.) It is very convenient for Pamukkale/Hierapolis. The staff were friendly and helpful and eventually produced another... More

This hotel has some very good points and some not so good points. First, the good points. Hotel has an indoor thermal pool, which is great in winter. They also offer Dr Fish, where you put your feet in a fish tank and the fish nibble at your feet, eating off loose skin, and at the same time they give... More
