A very centrally located hotel with bright clean rooms and large fully appointed and modern bathrooms. Rooms were very nice and spacious. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. We were there by motorbike, and we could park safty into the hall of the Hotel. This was very appreciated !!

The room was small and dark. The bedlinen was torn and tatty. the bed was lumpy. When management were notified about the bedlinen they refused to do anything and got angry. There was not one staff member who appeared, or acknowledged that they spoke English.

We stayed several nights at this hotel in Erzurum. We found it reasonably up to date and very clean. It is located right off the main drag, so you can do all sightseeing on foot. This hotel, in the middle of Erzurum is very good. Rooms are comfortable, hot (and it is very cold in Erzurum on November). The staff is very good. The hotel needs to be renovated especially the breakfast room, but it a really good place for visiting Erzurum... Warning : during Winter Erzurum is very polluted because of bad goal usage

The Kral Hotel is a mid range hotel with very obliging staff. Very comfortable rooms and if fortunate enough to have a suite will have good views of the mountains surrounding Erzurum also street scene. Very close to main attractions. Good value.
