it is a good clean hotel in heart of city with nice lagoon view. Nice rooms, real value for money. I reached the hotel at 11pm, the room was not ready, and they made me wait for 45 minutes. Finally got a nice room after making a little noice

This hotel was in a great location! The views from our balcony were beautiful! nice 4 stars hotel, pretty views at the heart of Sharjah. friendly staff. but it's more like 3 stars, the TV was not preperly adjusted and the balcony was closed like permenantly i needed to open it by anymeans i just couldn't.
