Just Terrible! Entrance sad, rude staff, dirty stairs and dirty rooms, good breakfast and a nice place. At least it is in a good position compared to other hotels .. Warning! They do not take credit cards! We paid in dollars and the change was given to us in the dong, but applying a change from loan sharks! I told... More

Staying here for two nights May 23rd - 25th with my friend. The pool is not too busy but it's not that refreshing in the hot sun. Another couple described it to us as anti like pumpkin soup. The hotel is clean and you have the sense of a lot of space. Not too many people about generally. No music... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a tour through Vietnam. The place has potential but could definitely use some improvment in all areas. I had a superior room on the second floor with a balcony and a nice view of the garden and river. The room was large but nothing special and it had a distinct odor that... More

What a bad hotel. On the pictures everything looks nice and beautiful. But the reality is that it´s an very old en dirty hotel. We got an room on the third floor. Unfortunatly there was no elavator, so I had to drag my suitcase myself upstares. The free fruit were green uneatable banana´s. They try to arrange all kind of... More

Ourselves and friends had booked this hotel on Wotif and also checked with Trip Advisor. Our booking was a Superior Room overlooking a garden setting. When we arrived we were shown to rooms that in my opinion were totally below standard. We were on the corner overlooking a busy street and the other window had a view of shacks and... More

After reading a few bad reports about this resort, we decided to give it a go anyway, and I'm really glad we did. We had an Executive Bungalow No 608. at the very end right on the river. It was lovely waking up each morning and seeing everything come alive along the river. Great location, just across the bridge to... More

We were moved three times before we finally got a working air conditioner. The bungalow we were given was old and very dated. Doors didn't close properly, beds were rock hard, bathroom had little hot water, taps were all grungy and corroded, and the walls were very thin. We heard everything happening in the adjoining bungalow. However, the pool was... More

Recently got married in Hanoi and while my family was here in Vietnam for the wedding we decided to go to Hoi An to see one of my favorite cities in Vietnam. Unfortunately the hotel diminished the experience mainly with one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. We walked in to the hotel to get two rooms... More

Lovely. Great location. Used the pool EVERY day. Good breakfast and nice staff. All the women cleaning the rooms wear Ao Dai and look beautiful. Everyone says hello and are very friendly. It was HOT in Hoi An so having a resort so close to the ancient town with a lovely pool that overlooked the river was important. We had... More

they promised an airport transport- no one was there. they did not apologise, or offer to reimburse for additional expense. we blamed it on english breakdown. the air conditioning in our room did not really work beautiful furnishings however very dusty hot water only sufficient for one shower. not quite sure why however when we needed to stay an extra...
