This hotel is definitely the worst i have ever stayed in. We had bed bugs in the room, but only suspected it after the second night after noticing insect bites on my arm. Hoping it was anything but bed bugs, we moved on with our day. In the evening we checked the bed, sadly we found some bed bugs hiding in the mattress. We went and asked for a new room and got the only other available one, checked the bed and immediately found a bed bug crawling under the covers. With nowhere else to go, especially unsure if they had gotten in our clothes we just stayed for the final night, spending most of it boiling our clothes that had been in contact with the bed. (Which was an ordeal in itself because the power went out in our room constantly. The next morning we check out and ask for our Monet back since they couldnt even move us to a room without bedbugs. The staff got angry and told us it was our fault for not telling them sooner, even though we told them as soon as we found out. So they only reluctantly refunded us for the last night, since by their logic the bedbugs lyst have only appeared the day we actually saw them. We even had a video to prove it. This is just the worst of the long list of things wrong with this hotel. Everywhere was pretty dirty both in the room and the hallways. Musty odor in the room and mold in the walls. All electrician work is poorly done and wires are not even hidden away. The room had its own circuit breakers which was handy when the power went out multiple times a day. No 'do not disturb' or cleaning sign to hang on the door, so the cleaning people goes knocking on every door in the morning. Towels were Ragged and smelly. Fan in the room not working. No water pressure and the shower has no runoff into the drain, probably explains the mold. And the internet speed was awful and cut out often. 0/10, even though its somewhat cheap, there are plenty of similar priced options in Da Nang. Dont make the same mistake we did.…

DO NOT BOOK. The room was in awful condition. The lights/power would regularly go out, the lightbulb in the lamp on the nightstand had exploded but not been replaced, the room was terribly damp with mold on the walls, the floors were dirty, one of the glasses had stains and some old food in it, the fan didn't work since the string had been pulled out, the bedsheets and the duvets were dirty and worst of all, both beds were infested with bedbugs! We got a new room on the first floor (the first room was on the 6th floor) and found bedbugs in the beds there as well. When we informed them about the bedbugs they seemed very indifferent, not a single apologetic word was muttered and they were not friendly at all. We ended up having to pay for two out of three nights spent there. Needless to say but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and I don't think they understand the seriousness of having bedbugs. Absolute sh*thole of a hotel.…

My husband and I arrived late at night. Ee had a room with two double beds, both of which had sheets on the mattress, and 1 bed had a folded quilt on it. Neither bed had a top sheet. It was very strange, as I'm sure they don't replace the quilt between guests. If you look closely at the photos, that is what you will see. It was not just our room, as our son and his friend had the same thing in their room - no top sheet. They sell the room with breakfast included, which they told us was from 7:00 to 8:00 am, but they only have a pot of noodles, no other food, and no beverages, and charged $3 Canadian more for that. I would stay again, for the price, if they supplied a top sheet, and provided a decent breakfast, which they are billing people for.

We are a group of 15 people staying in June for some nights. I had to pay not much money for 3 large rooms with a spacious sea view window, including daily breakfast. Good location, only 5 minutes to My Khe beach. Everything was good in that price. Would come back in my next trip!

We booked a room for 3 as no rooms had double beds only. The room wasn't filthy but neither was it very clean. The air con was so full of dust it didn't work. After I cleaned what I could out of the air con it still didn't get any better. I asked the receptionist to fix it and went out. Came back and nothing had been done, we slept In a room with 5 single beds as the room we booked was too hot. In the morning we woke for breakfast, this was really bland and I found hairs in the food. I think it was just left overs from the day prior. We went out to buy breakfast because it wasn't very good. The hotel had a lot of kids playing in the lift in the morning while we had breakfast, I'm not sure if they were other guests kids so I can't be too annoyed with this but the 1 day we booked for failed at almost every way it could. For the money this hotel isn't worth what we paid. …

It's hidden away from all the main event place, you will need to walk to the beach. Where will be all the life show every night start from 20:00. The hotel is kind of far away from Airport, City and Shopping. The hotel is ok for the low budget travelers.

This hotel is honestly a bargain - budget prices but not a budget hotel. The breakfast is included and is amazing ! They have many Vietnamese dishes and salads and it's unlimited, you won't need to eat until the afternoon after this breakfast.
