“Vietnamese lack of Western Cultures!”

Very sweet people as always. Hotel run by kids.....never seen a manager...does such a person exist . 20 staff poorly trained and paid buttons when 3/4 staff with excellent language skills and know how would have done the job!!! Remember in vietnam no means yes and yes means no!!!

“Great place with lovely staff!”

Had a lovely stay here, based on a lovely beach but has 2 great pools. Good restaurant. Free bus into da nang and hoi an. Staff very helpful (although they did charge us twice for our stay but have been good in sorting this). Would recommend.

“Staff were excellent”

There was a free shuttle bus to the centre. Staff were excellent. Highly recommended!. The personnel is extremely helpful; they can even organize trips for you. My only gripe whilst there was that the WiFi wouldn't work in my room on the second evening. There isn't one thing to say against it and absolutely everything to recommend it..
