We booked 12 rooms, stayed there for 6 nights. Due to overlap booking, we were forced to leave the hotel in the last night. Very difficult to deal with Manager and staff. They are so money oriented and don't care their customers. Manager, Sale person and receptionest say different things. Had enough and will never go back to that hotel. More

The rate charged is acceptable but if your tour agent is Rose Hotel then beware that they maybe coherts in cheating your money. Breakfast sucks....is the food that hawkers sell on the street no standard at all. Bit of a strange place, this one. In a great location between the city and the beach, both being about 1km in either direction.
