I agree with the previous comments about dirty sheets (hair, stains), dirty floor, soiled towels. Also, I have stayed here multiple times before and since the renovations, the quality has definitely gone down. More

We stayed at a Hotel Indigo in NYC and it was great. This one in Amhurst not do great. Was not told of renovation being done, although we never saw any actual work being done, just peeling wallpaper and hanging wifi things. Our room was clean enough, lots of dust on things but passable. I would not stay again. More

This is a nice looking boutique hotel with modern, funky and uniqe decor, but unfortunately the housekeeping issues are putting it at a serious disadvantage with its competition. We had a prepaid reservation and I separately placed my special requests with Janice, the Front desk manager. I requested an upper floor room with a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa,... More

Stayed in amherst on business check into indigo was convient location. It looked good from the outside. However, Inside was under renovation, torn wallpaper in halls hanging wifi modems. The room itself had chipped furniture and mildew in shower stall. The book with hotel information was torn. As a priorty club member I've stayed at many holiday inn brand hotels... More

Hadn't stayed at a Hotel Indigo before. From the outside and the lobby, it seemed somewhere about the quality of a Hampton Inn or Embassy Suites. But with a bit of a hipster funky look to the lobby. But yuck. There was black mold in the grout in the shower. I can't say my own bathroom is spotless. But I... More

I am traveling a lot via Buffalo Airport and have previously stayed in Indigo with no issues more than 10 times. Yesterday I was bringing my hubby to the airport and stayed in the same hotel overnight. The price per night was $169 plus tax. First, I was not warned when booking that there is immense renovation going on in... More

We stayed at Hotel Indigo on a Park Sleep Fly deal April 24-25. Although we were only there for 9 hours, we really liked what we saw. The rooms were very modern and contemporary and I love the hardwood/laminate flooring. Never seen that in a hotel before. Although I read complaints about the noise from the flooring above, this wasn't... More

Short flight from JFK into another world! Modern look enter into a old of beauty inside, beautiful colors throughout with haiku written phrases invoking thoughts of peace within. This is our 3rd time staying at Hotel Indigo and must say that the service and room are of unbeatable quality. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and the hotel is in a close proximity to the Buffalo International Airport. We always book the Park & Fly packages and use the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. They offer... More

the hotel room was well appointed. the lobby was nice. great value. it was a good stay with the exception of the rude waitress serving breakfast - I would lose her. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay if you are border shopping. More
