Housekeeping manager with short hair was rude. Didn't have a uniform so I had no idea who she was. Housekeepers roll carts early in the morning and woke me up. There was a knock on my door and when I answered I was rudely greeted by her saying it was check-out time. I was just packing the rest of my... More

I stayed here on business and it was more than enough room for me. My room was a duplex with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom and the living room had new flat screen TVs. This would be a good hotel for a family as it includes a hot and cold breakfast along with the large rooms with a kitchen. The only downside... More

We do occasional shopping across the border when the Canadian dollar is at par with the US dollar. My family will stay 2 nights to avoid being taxed when we go back at the Canadian border. We always go back to this property for their suite accommodations and free breakfast. On our most recent stay, we were lucky to be... More

Residence Inns are usually comfortable and this one is no exception. The rooms are nice, the parking is easy, and the neighborhood is pleasant. Like many hotels in Buffalo, prices are surprisingly high. The staff at breakfast was very helpful and was in no hurry to take the food away when I arrived a couple minutes before closing, in contrast... More

We stayed for 11 nights here on business. We've been here before and think that even though the rates are a bit high, the kitchen in the room make it worth the price. We needed a room change twice because of problems they were having with their internet provider. (Not their fault.) The staff were friendly, responsive and professional. (Extra... More

Stayed two days in Feb/12, check in was expediant and the staff were very professional and helpful. Evening reception and daily breakfast were very good and the quality was better then expected. Food was hot and plentiful. Suites are dated but comfortable given the amount of time spent there and TV stations were in abudance. It is clearly advertised in... More

My stay was mediocre I used the murphy bed and when I pulled it down there was dirt and garbage hiding behind it so it made my sleep uncomfortable. I liked the size of the suite and the kitchen seemed clean. It did seem a bit dark and definitely needs refreshing. More

I am a Marriott Platinum, and have not been this disappointed in many years. This RI represents the original layout, with a series of buildings, and outside staircases. We could not make a step in the room without the floor sounding like broken glass. I found gaps in the floor under the carpeting. The murphy bed and the pull-out couch... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel room was very outdated and dirty. The staff had a very nonchalant attitude. The breakfast was less than appetizing. The bagels were very stale. The bathroom in our room was dirty and the toilet barely flushed. This hotel needs a make over. I would not go back for another stay. More
