This was our 3rd stay at the Sleep Inn in Amherst and never disappointed. Since we discovered this place we wouldn't stay any other place. Good rates, clean, great beds - everything A+. More

For a couple who just needed something clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown Buffalo and Tonawanda areas for a day, this Sleep Inn was perfect. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable though quite compact as the standard Sleep Inn arrangement. In other words if you are looking to contain a family of four for a week, click... More

Stayed here while taking an overnight shopping trip in Buffalo. Staff was very friendly upon arrival; one of the forms to sign upon checkin was for their quiet policy - no noise after 10 pm. Surprising to say that this was the case - the hotel was very quiet, even before 10 pm! Room had a different layout - a... More

The Sleep Inn in Amherst NY is comfortable, reasonable and has a good free breakfast, but most importantly is well located for the multitude of across the border Canadian shoppers who want to access the various shopping malls in Buffalo and Niagara Falls. It is next door to Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond, a Christmas Tree Shop location and others.... More

We stayed here for 2 days on our way to Niagra Falls. This motel needs to be updated. The rooms were small (the beds were not queens) and they had a large desk that took up most of the wall and they also shoved in a chair, cabinet and luggae holder along the same wall, much too small for a... More

Stayed here while visiting our son in Buffalo. The staff was very friendly. Our room was excellent. Extremely clean and bright. The bathroom setup was different, but we liked it. Shower with glass door and toliet separate from the sink area. The bed was very comfortable and room had a very updated look. The breakfast was great..all the food was... More

Overall experience was good. Newer hotel with nicely upgraded rooms. Beds were pretty comfortable. We booked a king smoking room. My husband smokes but I do not and we often have problems finding hotels that still offer smoking rooms. They earned a few points for this option. The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were nice. Both were busy each night... More

Stayed here for the New York Bar, and it was perfect for the price ($59 per night). My room was clean and nice, the furniture and electronics were new, the fridge and microwave were money savers, the service was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is great (waffles, sausages, scrambled and boiled eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, all kinds of... More

My friend and I recently stayed at Sleep Inn to catch a hockey game in Buffalo and to do some shopping at Kohl’s, Target, and the outlet malls. It was an excellent location for shopping – very close to everything, approx 5-15 minute drive. Not the best location for a hockey game if everyone wants to have some drinks before... More
