We just came back back visiting Nagoya and stayed in this Ryokan.
Cons
1. In an industrial area
2. Smoking rooms only making it difficult for non smokers
3. Only shared bathrooms and showers are Japanese style only
4. No english speaking staff
5. A bit pricey for the value
