i use this hotel when i stay in atami area. good location, 5min walk from station and 10min to the sea side. i usually dont have a meal and go out for drinks and dinner. i dont see the difference between 10000yen hotel and 6000yen hotel. i like this cheap,regular good rooms. theres a parking lot next to the hotel,... This was my favorite hotel in Japan! Though the decor in the lobby was out-dated and the hallways looked warm, the charm of the rooms made up for the lack of character in the other areas of the hotel.
