This hotel is by far the worst place i have ever stayed. The marketing is false advertisement on the internet (picture, discription etc) Staying at this hotel was the worst experience of my Japanese holiday. The service (particularly the man on the front reception) was incredibly rude, check out was at 10am and at 9.50am we recieved rude and abrupt... More
