We stayed here for one night as we stopped over in Hakone to do some sightseeing and visit the rather crazy Yunessun Spa World. Proximity to Yunessun was excellent of course, and it was very easy to book tickets to this attraction through the hotel. Simple nice hotel, not the newest in the block, but it's simple, rooms are big for Japanese standards, there's a family mart 2 minutes walk down the road and surrounding views are beautiful. Bus stop is just across the road of the hotel. And yes, i would stay here again :) More

during our stay in this hotel, we had two terrible experiences. the bed-making was so poor as if they hadn't touched it the previous night(s). also some disposable shaving razors were dirty with old men's beards! we believe they use them repeatedly. we claimed them but they didn't admit. abhorribel experiences! other services were not bad.
