“Great location but rundown facilities & terrible service”

We stayed here for two nights in August 2010 and were disappointed. The hotel itself is located close to Dogo Onsen bathhouse and is one of the largest hotels in the area, but the facilities are rundown and the building smells of tobacco. The food was good, but service was slow. By far the worst part of our experience here... More
