The lounge/lobby downstairs is very cosy and lobby food was very tasy but extremely expensive! would come back to this hotel. did not try out the breakfast so cannot comment on this, staff does not speak a lot of english. This place is brilliant. Highest standard of just about everything. Excellent steak-house and excellent Turkish restaurant as well. Great stay in flawless hotel. Good rooms, good bed and nice and dark curtains. Free wifi, extensive breakfast and nice atmosphere. Recommended for business travelers but good location for exploring Almaty as well. Top choice (knowing it's an international chain hotel so a little boring) but would definately stay again. More
