Stayed at this hotel in total for around 4 months over a 2 year period. Pros: Rooms are always spotless. Staff are friendly and can never do enough for you. The best place to stay if you really want a great relaxation, perfect place for family and for the people who work near the American base kuwait or people who have a project near the area...they have two big swimming pool one is at the hotel area which is the biggest swimming pool you could ever find in all hotels... “Very nice; great service”

I spend 2 weeks here, on a project that was in the western desert. Service was quick; every time I called the front desk (e.g., laundry pick up) the response was immediate. Even room service was quicker than I'm used to. Also got free pick up and drop off at KWI airport, but I don't think they advertise that service.... More

“Great Location for Our Future Projects”

The hotel service is great however in certain areas such as the all day dinning more employees I think they are required. The rooms are attractive and in the shower you feel like dancing due to the size :) The main reason for our stay in that hotel was the location since its half an hour drive to our project.

I stayed at this resort for six weeks. The beds are very good, the rooms clean enough, however the quality of the front desk and mangement is very poor. It is just to much to write down here.
