Nice hotel but poor service. We arrived at 12pm and wanted to check-in but the rooms were not ready. Fair enough, so we decided to go ski. “Stolen money from my pants in my room”

“Hotel and Ski area in need of updating”

My overall experience was very poor. First the hotel: 1) The rooms are in need of updating. Flats screens are nice, but it does not make up for shabby carpets and a worn feel 2) The Internet is horrific!! OK it is the intercon, so I expect to be charged, but $35 a day for service that is very slow... More

“Very good resort but expensive”

about the resort, Kafraya is perfect for skiing breathtaking mountains and very nice facilities. The think that bothers is lack of order and many people don't wait in line. The hotel has a nice warm pool... PS. The wi-fi was not working More
