Family suite..nice room decorations and washrooms are very clean and spacious, suitable for family travelling with young kids or even couple honeymoon trip.Very nice lobby and superb breakfast choices. Love this hotel a lot.. they have a clean big adult pool and a nice kids pool. My kids enjoyed themselves!

Stayed in premiere suite, Room was clean and quite big. Liked the raining shower. Could clearly hear the road noises around midnight, maybe that's the road race that other reviewers mentioned, it's not too loud that can wake you up from your sleep, but quite disturbing if you're trying to sleep. The hotel room looks like it needs maintenance but it is basically clean. It definitely needs furniture and fitting upgrades. Nevertheless the hotel has good amenities for a comfortable nite's stay. Breakfast is adequate, there are tours available to Universal Studios. The transportation to USS was on time and it was excellent service from the hotel crew

The rooms are spacious and the fittings were good. For the price this is a good stay. The staff's hospitality was bad though. They weren't friendly, and the restaurant staffs never greeted nor smiled at me. Not business friendly as well, they don't have a business centre in case you needed to use the fax either.
