Hotel Pulau Labuan 2 is a simple, nice and clean hotel to stay at Labuan. In addition, it provide a simple breakfast. Its greatest asset is located in the middle of the town. The area surrounding the hotel is nearby to many shops, reflexology, pubs, coffee shops, restaurant and etc.

Room smelly maybe because of wet carpet, air con leaks. Service was average. Maybe need general refurbish. Restaurant available ground level service was bad, especially breakfast , difficult to find clean table. And seem to be under staff.

We've stayed at Pulau Labuan (branch)2 hotel. When we have checked in& our's room is located at 3rd floor. However there are no lift/ escalator & have to carried own luggage to 3rd floor. Room fully smoking smell & really felt uncomfortable, however d toilet is quite clean. Front desk services not friendly at all!!

internet is bit slow the acoustic of room not that good..

Its located in the centre of the Victoria town;shopping is a breeze;pubs everywhere to satisfy & quench your thirst for beer,chocolates & cigar/cigarettes;all of them duty free!

Located centrally - in the city center, everything is walking distance. (Labuan IS a very small town). The ferry terminal is 5 minutes walk, the Grand dorsett and waterfront are 15 minutes walk. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Ferry Terminal and all the Duty Free shops selling alcohol. It is convenient if you happen to catch a late ferry to Labuan and need to spend a night to catch a connecting ferry the next days. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops.
