I'm totally disappointed with the hotel. The hotel is run down with smelly carpet and dirty sofas and curtains. The fan didn't turn the first 5 minutes. Toilet cant flush. OMG. I didn't pay to sleep over in a dirty room even though it's location is good. The room comes with set breakfast which we have to wait approximately 30 minutes with some lousy staffs. I'm done with this hotel.

We 2 couples are traveling around Malaysia from New Zealand, this hotel is revolting, certainly not a 4 star..dirty, smelly and dangerous, wires out of lamp, shaver and hairdryer, long black hair everywhere. We will certainly be telling our agent to spread the word not to recommend this hotel, I think the "Copthorne" chain would be applauded!!! We can't wait to get out of here tomorrow..DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

If you are looking at staying at this hotel, I would strongly suggest that you don't. This is not a four start hotel by any standard. The entire hotel is in an incredibly poor state of maintenance to the point of exposed electrical cables and open holes into the drains below. Rooms were very dirty, especially the bathrooms with our bathroom still having previous occupants' hair and grime on the walls when we arrived. The corridor in the hallway stinks, and the carpet is badly stained. All of the restaurants and bars were closed apart from 1 which was the foyer Cafe and our included breakfasts from this Cafe was some of the worst food I've ever eaten, I left most of it on the plate. The staff just refused to acknowledge or bring out my sons breakfast. We arrived late and only lasted the night before packing up early the next morning and getting out of dodge.

Lousy. Mouldy. Bathroom is disaster - everything is broken - very bad- toilet with stain. The hotel is too old and room not cleaned. This place needs fixing. The brand and room does not match. Horrible experience! Won’t come here again. Location is good but the traffic jam to get into the hotel is extremely bad - it took just 30 mins just to turn in.

Stayed 2 nights over the weekend. The Good: - It has ev chargers at reasonable prices. - The staff were friendly and helpful. - Room was big and spacious - There is a water dispenser near the lift in the corridor - Parking was free and plenty of lots available - Able to access room from carpark directly - Bedroom slippers & other amenities were provided, pleasantly surprised The Bad: - Run down hotel. Was surprised to see it only opened around 2014. Perhaps it took over another hotel - The toilet had a musky smell, the shower head moved all over the place and the whole toilet got wet when anyone showered - The corridors had a weird smell, I suspect its due to people cooking in other rooms - There is no Aircon despite advertising that it has. - The fridge and hair dryer didn't work. - There is no gantry at the carpark, anyone can access it. However I think it could be a case whereby there simply isn't any good hotels in Cameron Highlands.

checked-in with a family of 4 adults and 1 baby into 2-room apartment. check-in & out process is smooth. The view is facing the plantation and its great because of the greenery. The hotel room is a little rundown, however the toilet seems to refurbish before and look new and I love it a lot. the water heater works very well (if only there is a bathtub that would be perfect). This room have a wide living room with sofa(hmm~ kinda old and not feeling want to sit on it), tv is working well, wifi working well. have dining table and chairs, have dry kitchen with some chicken-son bowl and basic cutlery (why i say basic, its like 2 bowl 2 plate 4 cup and maybe a few spoon/fork). dry kitchen do not have stove, but have sink and one door fridge with freezer inside). by the way, there is no ceiling fan/aircond in every room. only one standing fan at the dining area. but if you open up all door and window (leave the mosquito net shut to avoid mosquito and any intruders), the temperature is cool enough through the day/night. There are food stall in less than 2-3minute walking distance and easily accessible to nearby KEA market and sheep sanctuary (5minuts walk). overall the stay is good.
