Check in this hotel for business trip. It is a small hotel but well maintain and easy to go to the room with 3 elevators at the hotel. Nice room with nice view of Kuantan city with complete amenities. The very basic breakfast and simple. The staff are quite friendly. Basement parking very small and limited. The guest has to park outside and need to move car before 8 am. For me, it conveniently located in the city centre, this hotel does the job well, if you don't expect too much.

Despite the upgrade the aging of this hotel is still very much apparent. Mold and mildew can be seen in the toilets. Rude service from some of the hotel staff. When I made the reservation, I had clearly inquired for the room to fit in 3 guests comfortably, was met by disappointment when that wasn't provided. We were a family of 3, and only 2 single beds were provided, when asked for an upgrade - the answer given was that the rooms only provide one large bed or two singles at best. This information was nor written clearly anywhere on the website prior to the booking! Despite the free parking, it was a hassle to find an available spot on a busy Friday night. To say the least, this hotel provided the bare minimum despite its so called renovated exterior. Room did not seem as comfy and cosy as pictures portrayed. Never again!

Room size & toilet is small but ok as they provide complete facilities. Coffee & tea making facilities, water bottles, iron, hairdryer, safe deposit box, tv, fridge. Bed is very comfy with 4 pilllows. Wifi connection is good. Room view is nice, can see the beautiful tower at night. Service is ok but would be nice if the reception staff and restaurant staff provide service with a smile & pleasant sound. Breakfast buffet is satisfactory. Parking space is quite limited & basement parking area is a bit scary. Recommended hotel.

I was assigned a room at 4th floor. Since its at lower level of its 15 storey, I requested a room facing not facing the noisy main street. Good choice: view of a football filed, a mosque and part of the city. The room: The Hotel management probably believe that 1980s heyday decor is a selling point. Save for the flat screen telly, the rest still preserves its 80s setting: louvred wardrobe, bedside cabinet central console with rocker switches, blanket on top of sheets (not quilt), tiled (not marbled) bathroom floor, queen (not king) bed. They try to keep the cleanliness but the permanent stains on chairs, moulds around aircond vent, peeling furniture paint, mildew on bathroom wall are beyond the housekeeping department’s routine; the whole place needs serious makeover.

This is one of the worst hotel to stay in. Requires major refurbished of everything. The toilet were disgusting. Carpet smells misty and dirty. The receptionist that serve us was very unhelpful and the service was very poor. The owner of the hotel should wake up and start to think how to make the hotel more human place to stay instead of thinking to make money from the guest. Everything were bad about the hotel rooms.

Conveniently located in the city centre, this hotel does the job well, if you don't expect too much. Room was of good size, although the bathroom could be bigger. But for the price, there's nothing much to complaint.
