“Bad service, bad experience!”

Room is clean and not bad but still not condusive. The malay staff who wearing hijabs was not friendly. Her customer service was too bad. How can she talk to everybody about us, and unfortunately, her voice was heared by my sister. I hve younger sisters and brothers, and of course they make some noisy when go upstairs. beside what...
