“Cheating -Taiping”

I made a booking in Nov 2012 for a family room during CNY, payment was made & reservation confirmed. But no room available for check in and was told no booking found. Now i am seeking compensation from the hotel but they refuse to compensate. The staff attending has been rude and harsh in handling my complaint.
