I attended a conference at the hotel and everything about the hotel was excellent. It was right next door to a massive shopping centre and there was plenty of choice for places to eat. The food in the hotel was outstanding. Only down side was it was a hike from KLCC- at least an hour by car

This is the 3rd or 4th time I am returning to this hotel since its opening. It is still as clean and a very comfortable stay. Booked a 3D/2N Stay and Shop (for the 2nd time!). Hotels attached to malls are fantastic for shopping. Buy some stuff then return to room to offload and you can do more shopping again. With plenty of food choices at your doorstep. Service is superb. Room very comfortable with nice toiletries.

I went there for cio conference. It's quite a long way from KL airport to One World, worsened by jams here and there. The hotel is clean and has a nice lounge area. The One World Hotel is a nice place to stay. It is in the quieter part of KL but still close enough to the center of town.
