My first impression was that 'wow! the hotel is very big!', you had to walk more that 200 meters from the lobby to the elevators, along the way you will pass the outdoor olympic size swimming pool, by the lake (or river I'm not sure). From Checkin to Checkout everything was really well taken care of . In particular the staffs (all included from reception to bell boy to restaurants) were really beaming with smile and serving you tirelessly.
