From the moment you arrive you feel at home. This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.The service was great - the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and spacious, with a minibar, haidryer, gown and aircon. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a basket with goodies to eat and Sherrie in our room.Later the evening we received... More

We booked at the hotel after we could not find place at Atlantic Villa Guesthouse. We were pleasanly surprised and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is right in the centre of town and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. More

We stayed at the hotel from July 22 until August 8, 2011. Because of an accident just before we checked into the hotel, my wife was confined to the hotel room for 7 days. The hotel staff had so much caring and attention, that they became like family. Everything from the breakfast greeting and good food to the advice and... More

Swakopmund is a beautiful little city on the coast, and it is relatively safe and very clean. The Hotel Eberwein reflects the gentleness of the city. The room was excellent, as were the amenities - Except, the internet that is supposed to be free did not work. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. More

Having stayed in Swakopmund many times we had the great opportunity of changing from staying in holiday self catering accommodation to this Hotel. On arrival we received lovely greetings and we were presented with a great room, consisting of double bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a large well equiped bathroom. The added luxury was a balcony which was... More

We spent 3 nights here and used it as a base for exploring Walvis Bay to Cape Cross. The room was pleasant the food decent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Good secure underground parking too. Ideally situated in town close to plenty of good restaurants. Overall a very good experience and reasonably priced too. More

I only stayed 2 nights with my friend at Hotel Eberwein, Swakopmund (Namibia) but it was a nice stay. The room was suprisingly very spacious and very quiet. The only problem was that it was not air-conditioned and we had to use the fan day and night because of too much heat. Buffet as breakfast with very good eggs and/or... More
