Service crap, swimming pool dirty, have to wait 1/2 he for check out dry leaves lying all around the resort which people are not picking magnetic keys don't work so you have to wait outside the room for 1/2 hr till they understand the problem and bring manual keys

I enjoyed the stay in the resort, enjoyed the Spa treatment also. The rooms were very far from the facilities (Receiption, spa, restaurant). The transportation carts were not abundant and one needs to request 30 mins before. In general it was a good location and will go back

Great staff and will be happy to use this hotel again. Was quiet when I really needed it to be so very happy with that. Wouldnt mind working there one day maybe......... :) Oman - what wonderful people.
